I got my jaw frozen for the first time at the dentist's today.

You wouldn't notice it from looking at me but if I started talking I sounded like I have down's syndrome.

I kept slapping myself in the face because I couldn't feel it and it grossed out my parents.

they totally were, i was going to make a thread about how amazing the Rapture were, but i won't bother. they were really tight though, and just put on a really good show. cowbell/keyboard man wins life.

beck was so disappointing though, you could tell he was sick and totally out of it. still, good setlist.

Beck was the only slight disappointment of the day for me. But like you said the setlist was still great. And not getting to see Jarvis Cocker. I heard he was awesome.

I bought one of those sweet purple Rapture shirts with "People don't dance no more" in silver. It rules as hard as it sounds.

When I saw him last summer, he was pretty damn good. Was he just lacking in energy?

When I saw Beck he played for like 45 minutes then left and let the puppets do the rest, not to mention he was supposed to play for 2+ hours and made us all wait like a hour and a half.
I've really disliked him since then.

Beck is kinda meh now....

I just got tickets for this call 1-day festival thing near me, I can't believe it was only £10! Architecture in Helsinki and Help! She Can't Swim are playing.

I caught the last 10 minutes of Jarvis, and he sounded really good.

My friend bought that shirt as well, its a sick shirt, I wanted to buy the other Rapture shirt but i didn't feel like dishing out $40 for it.

The guy in Beck's band who did keys/percussion/dancing was one of the best men ever, and I would happily marry him. he totally stole the show, not that there was much to steal.

And Kyle, if you haven't seen Architecture in Helsinki live, they are something special, and I'm seeing them again on May 11.

No I havn't, but I'm assuming they're great....because they [I]are[/I] great.
