Hello, i'm a regular user of the site but never posted on the forums until now.I figure what better way than showing you guys an amazing band? Although not really a Deathcore band per say, I couldnt really think of anywhere else to post this.

Its hard to say really, they mix Death Metalcore Prog Jazz and even Rap.I know that sounds terrible but trust me it's good.

that was very difficult to sit through. songs were way too long. just a deathcore band who really wants to be BTBAM. some good parts i heard, but overall it was really messy

So i just listened to BMTH's Suicide Season... I can say that I want to forget that time wasted.

I really can't say I agree other than song length, and genre blending I saw little to no similarities between Painted In Exile and Between the Buried and Me.I really like the jazzy part in Skylines. It's one of the few times i've heard jazz in music like this and it not feel forced or gimmicky.

well they dont sound like BTBAM but i think they want to try really hard to be like them, but just more deathcore and random jazz segments. i think they have potential, just their songs sounded way too all over the place and messy to me. i will give them another shot as i did like some parts of their songs (bound to happen when they have long songs). the long songs though feel like they forced in parts just so their songs can be long. might just be me though

I didn't think it was that bad. Just that one song that says "sleep is for the weak" gets really old really fast.

Idk, Suicide Season was just so... bland. and his sorta yelling vocals (like the beginning of chelsea smile) annoy the piss out of me. The whole thing just seems to scream MEH at me.

The general consenus is that the album ****ing blows so I've got no idea who you're talking to nub.
