I went to a public school. And I'm admittedly a lazy Catholic. I go to church and don't mind it, but it's not something I get geeked up for, haha. Plus, if I get married, it's going to have to be in a church, or else my family will hate me.

I'm not Roman Catholic, either, but my church or diocese or whatever formed on dissent from the Roman Catholic church because the leader of my church/diocese/whatever didn't like the decisions the RC Pope was making or something, so he formed his own church/diocese/whatever.

That description was really vague because no one will care about the history.

But yeah, I'm educated in theology in some areas based on my own research and learning, and not from the church's scriptures or whatever. I just try to keep it to myself around friends because, if people know that I go to church, they automatically think that I'm some hardcore right-wing anti-gay treehugger or something. Yeah, I know people who are gay/bi/transgender. I don't hate them for it. I'm just not gay/bi/transgender. But these people get so anti-church or are so staunchly radical/liberal, that they make me feel like a lesser person. But whatever.

I pray in church, yes, but I rarely pray before I go to bed. I have a prayerbook that I got from my old priest as a Communion gift, and I usually pray the prayers for Courage when things aren't going well. See: antihero-era, and times now, even.

As far as I'm concerned, there is a God. After all, and I'm quoting [i]Calvin and Hobbes[/i], "Someone's out to get me." :p

So, I learned how to skate with figure skates today.. Not that it's any different from hockey skates.

I can't skate at all. They made us do it when I took summer gym/PE/whatever you call it and it was the most painful and unenjoyable experience of my life.

That sucks. My school made us learn how to rollerblade in um, grade 2/3 I think. And after that it was easy to learn how to ice skate.

Nah, none of that time-and-a-half stuff in the restaurant biz. But hopefully I'll make a lot of money in tips, since it's an all-day affair.

morning MX. first day of the holidays, and i've been up since 7. anyway, i have to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and possibly New Years day. i get double time on New years eve though, seeing as i work in the restaurant part of a pub it means i don't have to go anywhere to party, so it's all good.

I dreamt that mx gave me a handwritten letter saying that I was such a good user that Med57 reimbursed me for every single neg-rep I've ever recieved, after a huge extreme sports game took place that involved some of you, and I learned to fly.

The level of MX obsession indicated by some aspects of this dream worries me. :(
