Anybody have good/bad experiences with NetBooks? Thinking about picking one up this weekend, mainly for downloading music.

The laptop I have is 3 years old and dying, I don't feel like dropping $600 on a computer I don't use all that much. I use my phone for pretty much everything else

they don't have very big harddrives, you can get a 15" laptop for like 350

I run Windows 7 on my laptop and have never had any issues. I don't use iTunes to DL music so I would have no way to get new stuff with an iPad.

i personally love how easily you can mod it

I was in Best Buy and the demo iPad had a drum simulation on there so I turned the volume all the way up and played blast beats and annoyed the associates. It was a good time.

But yeah Apple > Windows

it's just more expensive
