That's the film finished now.

The ending was horrific. The way it was filmed through binoculars so you only really saw a small portion of what was going on.

I am... tired and cold! But apart from that I'm okay.

There are plenty of things that you can use to substitute smoking but the thing with them is that you're likly to become addited to the nicotine.
Deciding what one to use: patches/gum etc kinda depends on how many you're smoking.

But really the best thing is to go cold turkey. Although it might not feel like the best thing at the time, in the long run you're not going to have any nicotine in your system and therefore you'll be alot healthier.
Try picking up a new hobby, making sure that you've always got something to occupy yourself with helps.

When i say that i ment just smoke them :-/
