Apparently - I only found this out when I called [I]them[/I] on something unrelated - the student loan company [I]didn't[/I] recieve my passport and letter from the university confirming my acceptance dated before the top-up fees came in, despite the fact I went in to the office, gave them to the lady who then photocopied them and put them into my loan application, asked the lady "Is there anything else I need to do or bring in?" and she said "No, this is all fine. Thanks."

So I might not get my loan if I don't go and do it all again within the next week

Wouldn't it get backdated for you? seeing as it's not actually your fault because they said you'd handed everything in.

No idea. Odds are all it will mean is a delay in getting it, but they didn't think to tell me about it so I'm not sure
