Apparently I've been put in the Genera Studies exam, and I haven't been to a lesson [B]all year[/B]. That should be interesting...

General studies is easy, we did nothing in any lesson last year and i passed.

I have 2 business exams and a computing exam. Apparently if i dont get an A in my computing, my teacher is stealing my hat :rolleyes: Its not like im not aiming to get an A, its a re-sit and my AS i got a B. Idiot.

I told my female friend that I fancied her, now she is like trying to put loads of distance between us, is she weirded out or does she hate me? :(:(:(

God I hate Resident Evil 4. Ashley is a useless dilhole who just dies all the time! I got past most of those stupid fireballs at the entrance of the castle, killed some wierd guys (They are much scarier than the freaky villagepeople, who were way scarier than zombies anyway), and then we got hit by some random fireball. I just survived, but that dumb bitch had to ruin everything! I sold a gun for the rifle just so I could take out the other fireball people!

I love that game. Ashley got really annoying and I would shoot her from time to time. Once she's not following you it's all good.

I left her alone for too long and she got captured, and I was like "Great, so she [B]has[/B] to follow me?"

:lol: Whenever I could, I would leave her alone and then bring her up after a little bit. I noticed though, that is the easiest way for her to get captured, because than you have no time to run over to her and shoot the guy so she gets dropped.

I just dont see what everyone likes about SOAD that much, I dont really find anything that great about their music. Like in some songs the guitar is awesome, (chop suey) or however you spell it... But then when the singning comes in it ruins the song for me, I just dont like the way he sings. In some songs hes just like talking really really fast, thats why I prefer Mars Volta, you can hear all the emotion they put into the music.

I really haven't heard enough Mars Volta to judge them, from what I have heard, they don't come close to SOAD.

System of a Down use the energy of ther music to show the emotion behind it.

SOAD's vocals are awesome, i love Self-titles and Toxicity two of the best albums ever.

The Mars Volta tend to get lost in their own songs and while they are extremely fresh and original, like I said, they can come off as being pretentious and sometimes they create stuff for the sake of being crazy, avant garde art rock.

[I]Hypnotize[/I] and [I]Mesmerize[/I] are quite a bit better than their older album, and their older albums are great. That says a lot about how good this band is.

I guess like most music it depends what mood Im in, before my basketball tournament the other week, some guys on the team were playing SOAD and it was pretty good music to get you pumped up, but I dont think i could sit down at my computer and listen to it.

Exactly. All their albums (including Steal This Album!) have been fantastic. They've really progressed and recreated themselves with each album and each album's unique sound is awesome.
