But yes, I am. The fact that he may not seem as creative or what not as other professional drummers is irrelevant to me when you guys talk so much crap, as if any of you could do anything close. It's so easy for us to sit and judge; it's less easy for any of us do do as well or better.

It's seriously a valid arguement though. You can listen and judge all you want, but having the ability to do it (or doing it) grants one a far better appreciation for something.

Regardless, people can talk sh[size=2]i[/size]t all they want, but that doesn't make him a "bad" drummer, and doesn't erase the accomplishments and great albums/bands he has been a part of. You're acting as if that's not a valid way of looking at it.

He's a bland, uncreative and overrated drummer.

I stated an opinion, and gave my reasoning for it. Don't be hatin' :smoke:

Frost is pretty sloppy to be fair. Yes he can go fast but there are drummers who can go fast like Kai Hahto and Tomas Corn who are also super accurate and creative incorporating elements of their set beyond kick snare and ride/hi hat. Listen to some old Satyricon, Frosts drumming is really not amazing, sure he was younger but he is very sloppy and misses a lot of kicks and can't play the double kick straight through evenly.

The worst thing about Frost is just that he's boring as hell like most metal drummers.

I'm listening to Windir's "1184" and idk, it may even be better than "Likferd" which i absolutely adore
