I ordered Cryonics and Fair Trades & Farewells from HMV up here In Canada. Can't wait for them to arrive o.O. Never thought they'd have Hot Cross CDs. Next time I'll be bold and go for Love Like...Electrocution but I'm not hopeful at all.

On an unrelated topic, what would you label bands like Idiot Pilot and Blood Brothers as.

Blood Brothers are sort of hardcore/post-hardcore. Or white belt if you're nasty.

Never heard of Idiot Pilot. The second post in this thread pretty much names a lot of bands that play different types of emo though. So it's easy to draw conclusions using it.

EDIT: I looked up Idiot Pilot, heard a few songs. Maybe a small bit of screamo. They're pretty cool. They seem like a more predominantly indie project though.

I'd definitely call Idiot Pilot indie. And I call Blood Brothers white belt.

Yeah. The breaks in "To Buy A Gun" kind of tug at my screamo meter for no real good reason, but everything else is huge amounts of indie.

I keep hearing ABOUT Icarus Line but I haven't found anything by them. I think I may have heard one song and it just sounded kind of hardcore. That was all I got from it.

Early Icarus Line was just really nasty hardcore, then on Mono they went a bit wierd. Now they are just an alt rock band with hints of hardcore+psychedelia.
