Hey all.

good morning everyone , im going up to guitar center today and right now im listening to michael manring *so cool*

Today is a weird day.

I'm pumped up for a Yahoo Jam, as if I had any new (or good) material :p.

i need to get together with my drummer and jam out. and i need to complete some of the stuff i have written , i lack follow through on songs

^^ I sort of have that "problem", but I like it this way better. I sometimes think singers have the least control over the bands (although the most popularity, as if that matters). With most of my riffs, the chorus is missing. I just give the liberty of choosing a chorus to the singer, since he can have some lyrics fit the song better.

But I'm not a big fan of effects to.. I only use Churus, but thats because I love Tool so much :) and a wah sounds fun :thumb: Distorted bass will never be the thing for me...

Hmm, never really got into using chorus at all even though there's even one on my amp, but I always dug a bit of OD/distortion on bass. Roughens up the sound a bit more, which I quite like. Works very well in rock band settings as well IMO.

Distortion and bass go great :thumb: and wah makes it fun :D
