Angry Balled Fists! 12-11-2005 03:33 PM

I'm off to bed, night everyone.
For 5 new songs?
Oh, I didn't notice it was an EP. I just figured it was a full length. $10 is terrible for an EP.

Nice. Great album.

Mute Print 12-11-2005 03:44 PM

Yeah, amazing album.

I'm off to see Halifax. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.
Nice. Great album.
Yeah, it's probably my favorite out of the 3. The Velorium camper songs are so amazing but so under rated, probably because all the other big songs on the CD like, In keeping secrets, Crowing, Three Evils, Favor House Atlantic and Blood Red Summer.

superpeer 12-11-2005 03:46 PM
Yeah, I bought it for $10. That's about as cheap as you're going to get it. I was kinda apprehensive about the high price but it's so good so definitely get it.
Hehe, it's cheaper here, because the EP was published by a Belgian record company, I haven't bought it though. Tear from the Red was a bit of a letdown, I like The Opposite of December, though.

NP: Avril Lavigne - Sk8er Boi

Damn you, random WMP. :upset:

Kif 12-11-2005 03:46 PM

SSTB is easily my favourite. It feels like it's been worked on for much longer than the other two, and the lyrics and musicianship are amazing.

I hate Cute Is What We Aim For's name, but I'll be damned if they don't get as much hype as P!ATD when their album is released.

Tear From The Red is a weak album. Get You Come Before You, it's not the non-stop breakdown metalcore of TOOD but it's by far their best album. It's a mix of spacey post-hardcore and metal, it's my favorite album ever.

Permanent Solution 12-11-2005 03:51 PM

Mine too. Title is their best song imo.

Yeah, it's on my wishlist. :)

It's weird that I like PTW, though, I dislike almost all metalcore.

Yeah SSTB is also a really good album, but the first 4 songs were the big hits off that album, the rest was basically left in the dark. :(

/Kif, can you send me Crowing (acoustic) I never knew they released that

I disagree. "33", "Junesong Provision" and "Neverender" are pretty big. Besides which, all 3 albums have their own songs which are "left in the dark", and SSTB was only 10 tracks long (9 if you don't count the intro).

I'm on DC++ getting some CIWWAF songs, and what do I come across. DVD audio for The Aquabats DVD!!

ok thanks, and yeah, I still think that SSTB is a great album, but in the concert i saw them and on their DVD they only play the first 4 (not counting the intro) I would love to hear them play 33 or Junesong Provision live.
