Sunshine 08-14-2006 11:30 PM

Sunshine 08-14-2006 11:40 PM

Haha.

Maybe I will, I dunno.

I just complained a lot via e-mail to the person who's making me feel emo-faggot-y, so it helped a little.

He won't read it 'til Thursday though so I'll probably write several more [that was my 2nd very long e-mail to him today] =/

Oh that sucks, You should go see that new comedy movie that is opening to cheer you up.

Oh what is its name...

Gahh!

Oh yeah snakes on a plane.

EDIT: Or have Samuel L Jackson call some people!

Sunshine 08-14-2006 11:47 PM

Hahaha, there's no way in hell I'm seeing that movie.

My friend tried to get me to give him my number so Samuel L Jackson could call me...but I was like "Snakes On A Plane propaganda? No thanks" and he had no idea how I guessed.

I love that theme song though. It's painfully catchy <333

I used to experience basic back pain most of the time, but this time I really did it. I've been on steady painkillers since, and for the first time in many years that I've had back problems, it actually got to the point where I went to see the doctor. I'm going for an x-ray once my mom gets back, most likely followed by surgery. D'amn you genetics.

And Opeth is a band that I listen to on very rare occasions. I've been trying to get into them alot more, but for the most part it's just not my thing.

awww we all still love you. Dont be so depressed :(

Win A Rabbit 08-15-2006 12:50 AM

Hey Aaron, you're good with excercise and such.

What would be some good things to do for me to strengthen my back? Mainly lower back, but my upper back bothers me from time to time.

I'm on some really basic excercises my doctor gave me, but they don't seem to be doing much. Any advice?

Depends on your current fitness level. If your "average" and not overweight, I'd suggest doing some yoga or pilates to build up your core strength. If you have a bit of tub, I suggest get into a pool for a few hours a week.

White Riot! 08-15-2006 01:17 AM

HEY Aaron! what happened to pauls website?

Win A Rabbit 08-15-2006 02:07 AM

I definately wouldn't say I'm overweight, but I'm not really muscular either.

I'm 6', 153 pounds (as of this morning, 27 pounds lost since I started. go me.)

Aaron 08-15-2006 03:54 AM
HEY Aaron! what happened to pauls website?
Yeah I Know! He updated it, but the links are dead because it's a work in progress.

sic- I reckon get into yoga and some jogging. then move onto some weights.
core-strength work + cardio = focused muscle toning + weight training = strength.

maniac0796 08-15-2006 04:00 AM

Good morning ya'll.

Jezen 08-15-2006 06:34 AM

Trys, finishing Max Payne will probably only take you 3 hours.

NCDrummer 08-15-2006 07:06 AM

I heard the ending of Max Payne is kinda trippy

Jezen 08-15-2006 07:07 AM

Which one? I have finished both.

NCDrummer 08-15-2006 07:09 AM

first i guess...i have it and haven't played it but my bro's friend said its like all trippy

Jezen 08-15-2006 07:10 AM

It's not trippy. You shoot down a radio tower, and it falls on the helicopter while the woman is trying to get away.

NCDrummer 08-15-2006 07:12 AM

oh he said something about he takes some kinda drug and he realizes he's in a tv or somethingg...

Jezen 08-15-2006 08:54 AM

The trippiest part of Max Payne is where you have to play in his nightmare.

trysthedrummer 08-15-2006 09:53 AM

Yeah, that's always ennoying if you fall off. Ive played it on the pc alot, just doing it on xbox. I'm at the Cold Steel place, and it's took me about 1hour and half.

The ending of the second one was queer to figuire out.

Anyone played hl2 episode one?

ofDooM 08-15-2006 10:00 AM
