i try to stick between 1200 and 1400 but i probably push 4 or 5000 on days when i binge on pop tarts until i can't breathe

I was like 200 pounds at the begining of the year but after going to the gym a lot more and not eating crap I'm down to like 188, I feel a lot better for the most part and have more muscle definition which is nice.
