Oh it is cool. By the way...girls are fucking weird, hah.
They certainly are. And I always thought I was sane enough to be cool and not one of those confusing girls, but lately I've been confused by myself which is pretty lame. I don't want to be a confusing girl.

And I sure hope you didn't just figure this out now :p
I love university.

Found some fellow musicians who are totally awsome at what they play, and have the same music tastes and attitude I do as well. Funk, jazz, swing, all the good stuff. I'm well happy! After Xmas I'll bring back my snare, brushes and some cymbals. It's a shame the kit here is so crap, that and the amps provided.

Got to revise for a 3 hour maths exam now :(
Yo, what music are you into...

Cos there is a large local punk band playing here next saturday

And do you know Eddie Moores music shop over in bournemouth?

And it has to be mature cheddar with lee and perins for cheese and toast.

CasB 12-10-2006 01:34 PM

*sigh* I wish I had some time off...I don't wanna work tomorrow...I wanna drum and record some tracks...damnit...

Janeway 12-10-2006 01:34 PM

I'm in not so good a mood now.

I'm going to have to put up the fucking Christmas tree again. I HATE Christmas trees. My sister is the only one that likes it, and she NEVER puts it up. It's not fair.

Futuro 12-10-2006 01:37 PM

Alex Lifeson and Robert fripp are on the next Porcupine Tree album

Make your sister the christmas tree. They were gonna put me on top of the christmas tree in the town square last night because they didn't want me to leave.... Put it this way, i wasn't resisting....

And i have a big bowl of coco pops in front of me! £1.85 for a 600g box! My comfort food!

Janeway 12-10-2006 01:49 PM

That's just what I want to see during the brief moment of orgasmic bliss in the early morning of December 25th. Her fat, greasy face decked in flourescent bulbs and tinsel grinning down at me.

I'm over it. :3

Industrial always makes my bad moods go away.

maniac0796 12-10-2006 02:00 PM

If you slap her with a wet cod or a bible, her face won't be grinning, and cut her hair so it ain't greasy.

One of my hard drives has decided to disconnect itself from my computer, so now i don't have music, and i'm too lazy to restart my computer cos it takes about 10 mins to start up due to lame version of windows i have.

I need to reinstall it.... file systems got to clogged up and disk defragments are the biggest crock of **** ever.

No, was just with an especially weird one last night. :( Basically gave every impression that she wanted to be with me (extremely close all the time, kissing randomly...etc), but then insisted that she didn't. I guess she just was confused or something, heh.

So i've heard lemons are great for cleaning cymbals??? I was jut wondering how you go about it? Assuming you put the lemon juice on then wipe or off with a damp cloth and dry? Is there anything bad about the citric acid or anything??

Time 12-10-2006 02:31 PM

The place I take lessons at finally got a new practice set: Pearl Rhythm Traveler. It's sweet, especially after 5 years on the old crappy remo one.

Hey anybody here ever heard a band called Indukti? They're progressive metal with violin and harp, and they're pretty awesome. I've been listening to them a fair amount lately.

I've only heard one of their songs, but I was listening to it and I was like "snare! snare! snare! snare! snare! snare!"

They've got the snare sooooo loud in the mix it's distracting.

Edit: heard another one with less snaaaare, not bad actually.

You'd probably need to dilute some in some water so you have more liquid to use. I reckon you would need quite a bit of lemon juice though. I wonder if vinegar would work the same, or whether it would destroy the finish/metal completely.

AWESOME!! lol

do you have an mp3 version?

Win A Rabbit 12-10-2006 03:37 PM

What are some food items I can donate to the Christmas Elves here? I know the obvious ones (soup, macaroni, beans, etc) but I'm looking to donate a whole bunch, and don't want to come in with 100 cans of soup and 100 boxes of macaroni.

Anyone who doesn't know what it is, it's a organization that takes food and toy donations for people who can't afford a decent meal or toys for their kids on Christmas. Normally I donate $20 worth of food and a toy or two, but now that I've actually got some money I feel like doing a whole lot more.

White Riot! 12-10-2006 03:43 PM

baby carrots , baby corn , humus etc

Corkofski 12-10-2006 03:43 PM

White Riot! 12-10-2006 03:44 PM

this is why you do not get married

Corkofski 12-10-2006 03:45 PM

*nods*

ive kinda stopped now...

White Riot! 12-10-2006 03:47 PM

your life doesnt stop simply because you have a partner.

marriage is a contract for that to happen

Jezen 12-10-2006 03:53 PM

I don't think you guys should be so down on marriage.

Retarded Chipple 12-10-2006 03:57 PM

Marriage is the number one cause of divorce

White Riot! 12-10-2006 03:59 PM

marriage is good for two things only.

#1. Tax benefits
#2. The big party
