I have a fuzzy feeling inside
don't see myself going to australia any time soon, though haz, tell me what you think of this dish I am thinking of making (making it from scratch so it'll probably suck): Chicken pieces (legs, breasts) marinated with some olive oil, cinnamon and a little bit of brown sugar and salt and pepper, cooking in a sauce pan with butter and olive oil. after it's cooked I want to deglaze the pan with a dry riesling and then add some water and a herb bag with star anise, juniper berries and something else (don't know what yet) reduce that to a sauce, pour onto the chicken just before serving, serve on top of a baby spinach salad tossed with a balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing I want to try different flavours so |
