What are the key crossover bands I should start with? I really like Anthrax and DRI lately, but I'm not too much into heavier stuff like Kreator and Metallica and all that.

If you want crossover stuff, listen to:
Cryptic Slaughter
Municipal Waste
Crumbsuckers
Ludichrist
Wehrmacht
the Accused
Condemned Unit
Bones Brigade
Holier Than Thou?
Cross Examination
PC Deathsquad

I'll list more if you want.

EDIT: If you listen to crossover but don't like thrash metal you're a faggot.

Haha, if you're ever coming through east Kentucky, gladly. Until then, shut the fuck up unless you plan to do shit about it. See? Talking tough is so easy on the internets! Jackass.

Knuckleheadz 07-03-2006 02:59 AM

WTF? You asked for key crossover bands. You named DRI, so I said Cryptic Slaughter being thet they're the top 2 crossover bands, ever, and I named a bunch of other good stuff, and you say that isn't the kind of list you wanted? What kind of fucking list did you want?

You're a fucking tard.

Knuckleheadz 07-06-2006 11:41 PM

It doesn't matter because you have the Sierra Nevada but the mountains in the area (I live only like an hour and half away from Damien) are really nice out here.

Not just that, but the fact that I was nice enough to even make a list when my thread with a list of thrash bands is still on the first page yet he asks in here.

Nah, I was just wanting two or three older bands that help shape the sound, not just good bands. My bad if that's what you were trying to do, but I recognized a few bands that weren't exactly what I was looking for so I thought the rest were the same. And I already listen to Cryptic Slaughter. :p

Anyways, I just picked up the Icepick album on sale for $8.99 because I had money to waste, and it's real good.

Yeah, I should've asked in the other thread. Didn't think about it.
