This Age of Silence is very strange, garde-ish stuff. I like this. :)

Broken Arrow 11-27-2005 08:02 PM

Okaay, I just signed up on Last.fm now what do I do?

Deth 11-27-2005 08:02 PM

Wait. It'll update after a while and leave a list of the songs you've listened to.

MBS 11-27-2005 08:03 PM

Basically, and listen to a lot of songs. Do you have the plug-in downloaded?

Broken Arrow 11-27-2005 08:06 PM

I guess. I just downloaded something called an audioscobbler or something.

Wait I think it's working!

I have one song so far, awesome.

MBS 11-27-2005 08:07 PM

Cool, it updates your Weekly Artists every Sunday.

Dr. Jake Destructo 11-27-2005 08:15 PM

Bobo, what's Psycroptic like? I see you listening to them quite a bit.

Steerpike 11-27-2005 08:15 PM

I finally got El Mariachi on DVD. Now I really want to make a movie. But I have to finish the semester first. Now I'm depressed. But I can still work on my final project for Video Editing. Now I'm happy again. Of course, my plans to get my site up before the end of the month fizzled. Now I'm depressed again. But I've almost finished some more scripts. Now my head hurts from thinking about all of this too much.

Damn that was quick.
Bobo, what's Psycroptic like? I see you listening to them quite a bit.
They are an interesting modern death metal band. Their songs are full of catchy yet heavy riffs accompanied by one hell of a drummer. The vocalist can do it all when it comes to extreme metal, low growls into high screeches to burping sound growls and such...

Great band imo, very head bangable as well.

I never knew my friend was such a slut. Yikes.

The "his penis casts a shadow for miles" line was pretty funny, though, I'll give the guy credit. Unless my friend wrote that. Then, well, I guess my friend is a huge slut all of a sudden.
That would be great. Where did you find it at?

spiralout7@gmail.com is me. :)
Hey sorry I couldn't get a hold of ya' sooner. I can do two things: Either send it YSI or some IM programs (if you have any), I have pretty much all, but I hardly ever use AIM or Yahoo... so I think that'd take much, much less time to upload, then reload and download.

Whatcha think? It's about 26 MB's. It's a large file, and my upload rate is 5 kb, so that's a little gay in those terms. :-/
New account?
No, I clicked some chad's link I don't remember I did, so I have to use my secondary while everything fades. :-/

blue3 11-27-2005 09:15 PM

You clicked on his link again?

Dr. Jake Destructo 11-27-2005 09:18 PM

That's a huge file for 5 kbps... I'd really appreciate it if you could YSI it, though. Is it from a bootleg? If so, you could post it here on mx, because I doubt there is any copyright on it.

Once you do so, though, make sure to do the whole "hxxp" thing so the link doesn't get killed. :p

TojesDolan 11-27-2005 09:19 PM
You clicked on his link again?
If only YOU ANSWERED MY IM THIS COULD BE DISCUSSED WITHOUT POSTCOUNT INVOLVED.

But yes, I presume such happened. I don't even know what link it was. Freaking internet. :upset:

Of course, but that will happen tomorrow, I have some homework I delayed some time already, so I think I should quit procrastinating and go ahead and do them. :-/ Don't worry, it should be up tomorrow. I have no idea if it's a bootleg, I downloaded it from Ares, but I'll see what source it has and tell you what's up. It should be up tomorrow afternoon.
They mixed strong songs from the latest album, "Lateralus," including opener "The Grudge," "Schism" and a brilliant trilogy: "Disposition," "Reflection" and "Triad." They also covered "Eulogy" and "Sober," the kind of unlikely radio hits that restore some hope in radio.

Fripp joined Tool during a quiet part of the trilogy, and the elder master's "soundscape" gave background to Jones's pulsing guitar notes. It was the kind of cross-pollination you'd want to see more of. Maybe the two bands could really break out: Tool could try "21st Century Schizoid Man" while Crimson tackles "Schism."
Apparently it's not a bootleg. :-/

Disposition and reflection, I couldn't spot triad, and it has some intermission... I have to give it a better thorough listen, anyhow.
