I see nothing at all wrong in that mix

the vocals do get a little high in the mix, then seem to drop, but only a little, and its pretty well balanced when there is a lot going on. I'd say good job

This is how I would have done it.
The song cries out for dynamics. Its got a cool vibe that should be brought out in the production.
First vrs I would have kept sparse with drums, bass and slide guitar for atmosphere. Would have built up during chrs, but not of added the rhythm guitar until the second verse, now creating a drive to the atmosphere. I don't know if vox had effects, but they need a bit of reverb to fill things out a bit. Solo/lead section with piano/keys whould have been better if there was some type of build and layering and adding of instruments as solo section progressed.
Last verse should have dropped a great deal dynamically, maybe drums and slide only for first half, build and repeat chrs two times. These are just my ideas but I feel would have given the song some more flavor. Drums sounded hollow, and drummer needed to use smaller fast decay crashes....they hung over into the phrasing too much for my taste. This is how I would have mixed the song.
