Did the Guitar Ruin Jazz?...shouldn't really be in R&M. Could be moved to the Guitar forums or the Jazz forums. Not serving much of a purpose here....

is there a van halen thread, i didnt see one?

thickasabrick 03-07-2005 05:30 PM
is there a van halen thread, i didnt see one?
I did a search...and the only Van Halen related threads have been closed. Except for one which was a David Lee Roth vs Sammy Hagar thread, which would undoubtedly be closed anyways.

If you wanna discuss Van Halen, go to the Classic Rock thread...it should be on the first page.
is there a van halen thread, i didnt see one?
There isn't an official one, nor will there be one. Try searching for one and if none turn up you will have to wait 24 hours to make one since you joined today. Try to make it insightful and so that it provokes good discussion please.

Try creating your thread with these guidlines in mind. :)

Antihero already reported it here. In future try to look through the last few posts to see if your chosen thread has already been reported.

munky_magik 03-08-2005 03:08 PM

Just a thought: Maybe the Trading albums over AIM thread should be modified a bit so that people realise that they can also post their soul seek names, or yousendit links or whatever in there and don't make a new thread for every single type of transfer avaliable.

Agreed. I tried telling that guy a while back that the trading thread existed, and he told me he was interested in Soulseek. We don't really need three seperate trading albums threads, do we?

http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=312124

Needs to be in the DT thread.

Why don't one of the mods create a thread where all of the, "anyone heard of this band," posts can go? The forum is always getting cluttered up by posts on little-known bands that get about 10 replies and then die.

If they die, they wont clutter the page...

We dont need to constrict conversation anymore, anyway.
