I don't know what to do. I'm getting sick, and my throat hurts. It gets really bad at night, because I sleep with a fan on. My body is beneath a goose down quilt and a microfleece blanket, so it's uber warm, but my head is above the covers and I'm breathing freezing cold air.
It would help without the fan, but for the life of me I can't sleep without it.

But I can't sleep with a sore throat. =/
