/me had first band practice last night

/me has first gig with said band in a week and a half

/me loves sleep in days

What a ****ing waste of time.

We drew 1-1 agianst this piss poor team, i playe dright mid but some fat bastard made me roll on my ankle and it's hurt agian, so i had to get subbed off.

And then on the coach journey home everyone was pissing me off about this girl :(:(:(

But will all your bands make it off the ground? Who knows. Either way there is still one question that looms over me screaming to be answered, clawing at my soul begging to finally be sovled, NOT RESTING until it's utter answer-less-ness is done away with...........

Hmm, those pesky bands, eh? Mine is looking particularly good at the moment - everyone seems well keen and we're getting stuff done. A week and a half ain't long though, Vince - is that to write and rehearse a set's worth of songs, or are you just doing covers? My current band's first gig was 6 days after our first practice. Probably goes without saying that we played mostly covers.

No, **** emo band i play in, i hate it, or the music, its not even proper emo, its metelcore and crap. Ive stoped listening to pop-punk too, im HUGE on indie atm.

A lot of Pop-Punk bands atm are very indie influenced...Brand New, The Academy Is..., Open Hand, etc...

I don't like Indie, fact.

Going seeing the phonics a while back for me, the week leading up to that, apart from Alk3, and Muse, ive listend to pretty much only indie.
