well i've been ill with a cold for the past couple of weeks and been working my *** off so taking a day off today just to recharge my batteries cause my body is angry with me

it's late afternoon and just woke up from a nap, gonna head out for a ride on my motorbike soon to run some errands

Thanks, it's knocked my routine around quite a bit. Gonna have to take extra steps to prevent it happening again I think.
