You can just use a chromatic tuner. Works for me... Or it did the one time I messed about with tunings in a serious way. I just play in standard or Eb, or occasionally drop D now.

Most tuners only have EADGBE.

Then just strike the D string, now tuned down to C, and just tune it to that.

I'm writing a song in Drop D this minute. But that's only tuning down one string, and i can tune it by ear anyway.

I just got home from Morri-bobs, well, i lie i did a hour ago, i baught the new 'phonics album, its good, not there best though. But there trend of there albums geting worse as the years go on seems to of stoped though. :cool:
