I have seen them live indeed and I agree aout them being grand live.

My brother is an Aidan Baker fanboy, so I have access to basically any album that Aidan Baker has ever done. That includes Nadja and other projects... what would you guys reccomend that I check out from his solo project?

I just finished listening to [I]Scalpel[/I]. I need to listen to it some more, but I really liked what I heard.

i like what i'm hearing right now... its that kind of music i just need more. most of my stuff consists of fast melodic metal but afters some time you just need something calm. :) perfect

Matt, Candlemass's supporting band is Daylight Dies.

I'm listening to some of their myspace songs right now.

They sound pretty good.

EDIT: the vocals kinda suck, but the music is decent.

They put a good live show.

It was thanks to you that I found out about it... after that post in my shoutbox on last.fm, I zipper on over to the Candlemass website and checked to see the dates. Sure enough, it's on a perfect day!

I might go and see Queens of the Stone Age next month. The problem is that it costs 360 SEK. That is about 40 euro. Kind of pricey, I think.

Yeah, they'd be really cool to see... but 40 euros? That's a bit much... I was pretty disappointed that I missed them on their last tour. :upset:

The sad part is that it isn't that unusual a price for a relatively big band. I know that when Michael Bolton (lol) was here, the tickets cost close to 60 euros if not more. I might go and see Explosions in the Sky in May, sine that show is only 180 SEK (20 euros). That will be the cheapest show I've ever been to. Excepting small, local bands.

Any of you guys like Abdullah?

I've seen them on a blog I frequent but I haven't actually grabbed any. Are they good?
