got my crime and litigation mock exam back today, 47% which would be a pass in the real thing. Quite pleased as I did no revision for it, and this was before I sorted my self out and got into a work routine.

is a 47% bad or good.

It's a pass grade, but it's a 2nd class lower pass which isn't all that awesome. But this mock was missing the Evidence multiple choice segment and like I said I did no revision for it.

So it's good in that sense. Ideally I'd like to be in the high 50's to mid 60's.

It's very difficult to get anything about 70 which is a 1st class pass.

The coursework I handed in was quite difficult, just the exams themselves are very thorough, it's quite different to the style of essay writing I had to previously for law. It's not impossible to obtain 100% though.

I slept horribly last night.

Went to bed at like 1, then woke up at 7am, tried going back to sleep and pretty much laid there until now.
