Going to school in the winter sucks. I'm slightly more inclined to wake up at 6 when it isn't pitch black and freezing outside. I left a gallon of tea in my brother's trunk sunday night, monday morning it is completely frozen. Stupid stupid cold. Changes of matter don't exist in the summer. In the summer, my delicious tea doesn't turn into steam. **** winter.

Ive got a weeks course of Doxycycline for it now which lists, among other fun things, hepititis as a side effect.

You can replace the toaster springs with harder springs, so your toast flies out of the toaster like in cartoons.

i wasn't aware at all. i took a 4 week dosage of doxycycline when I went to Brunei for my jungle survival training, 3 week dosage in Thailand and another 3 weeks when I went back to Brunei for more military exercises. Apparantly it was to make sure that no nasty ringworms survived in our stomach cuz we were drinking water from the rivers. The medical officer only told us that doxycycline might cause some upset stomachs and nausea amongst us, but he didn't mention the hepetitis part!

Morning MX, or is it afternoon. I'm kinda sick, heh, missed all three of my classes today.

They don't even have company names on them because they BLOW in the worst way.

They make me really sad, because a lot of what I want to play sounds absolutely gross on them =(

BUT BUT BUT, it's so much better than not having cymbals at all. Don't get me wrong or anything.

Gear doesn't make the player. I have won the solo competition 2 years in a row on a drumkit that doesn't have bearing edges. :lol:

one week prior to finals, professors try to cram in more stuff to put on the final. plus all my finals are cumulative, which i hate.

I retuned my drum kit today, but i'm not happy with my snare of 13" tom.

The snare has a gay batter head and it's too thick so i need to change that, because it either has full on crack with no ring, or it sounds like a crappy toy snare drum you'd buy from argos.

And the 13" needs a new resonant head because that one is giving this really really weird overtone that no matter what i don't i can't get rid of.

the other day i realized how bad my kit really sounds...I'm in dire need of a new one.

But i can't decide between M birch, Pro M, or Saturn.

The saturn sounds godly 100%. But its so expensive...

The Pro M and M Birch both sound equally as good but in different ways...And i don't feel like i deserve such a beatiful kit...i wouldnt serve it justice.

Somehow my case is screwing my mp3 player up.

It doesn't turn on when it's in the case, but there isn't any reason it shouldn't. As soon as I roll the case down, it turns on. All I can think is that the little metal wad where the belt hook attatches is doing something.

But I don't see how.

you can get one of those small stand alone electric heaters. just turn it on about ten minutes before you practice and then keep it in close proximity. if it's in the open in a garage, there's really no need to worry about any sort of fire.
