Someone explain D-Beat to me. I'm liking some of these bands, especially Disfear. I thought there was a thread in punk that described various genres and things, but I can't find it.

It's copying the flying sh[SIZE="2"]i[/SIZE]t out of Discharge.

D-Beat is basically a bunch of bands copying the sound of Discharge. Disfear are awesome. Their album [I]A Brutal Sight Of War[/I] is fantastic.

You may wanna check out the Kegcharge LP called [I]Sadistic War Glory[/I] which is really f'ucking good. Disclose are also really good.

Discharge are the band that pioneered it. Their LP [I]See Nothing Hear Nothign Say Nothing[/I] is a classic and really really good record as well as their 7"'s [I]Fight Back[/I] and [I]Decontrol[/I].
