I was at that gig too. It was awesome. When I got out I found out my shirt was covered in blood.
That happened to me a couple of weeks ago.

RetiredAt21 10-21-2005 04:59 PM

I got kicked in the face by some idiot hardcore "dancing" at a show. I saw him hitting other people too, so I punched him in the head with my aluminum knuckles.

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 05:07 PM

you should've shanked him.

Anti-Prefix 10-21-2005 06:07 PM

And I'm draggin' you down, but I'm lonely.

And I need you around.

AIRIC 10-21-2005 06:12 PM

Everytime I go into the pit I feel like I go to the front lines of a war.

Ghostfire3 10-21-2005 06:41 PM

I love going into the pit because it increases your energy so much. It's great

Anxious 10-21-2005 07:00 PM

I learned Minutemen-Martin's Story today. Its so damn hard. I have new respect for Mike Watt now. More than ever. The solo is downright nuts.

lynch_me 10-21-2005 07:00 PM

It's the weekend time.

Anxious 10-21-2005 07:02 PM

No its not

AIRIC 10-21-2005 07:50 PM

RetiredAt21 10-21-2005 08:03 PM

I don't usually make violence at shows, but that kid was pissing me, and alot of other people off, so I put a stop to it.

My old one was seven years old. She's in electronic hell

Liebensaft 10-21-2005 08:34 PM

Sheesh. I'm not one to talk. The one I'm using now is horrible. I'm at my mom's though.

RetiredAt21 10-21-2005 08:34 PM

I wish I could get a new computer.

guns_of_brixton 10-21-2005 08:36 PM
I learned Minutemen-Martin's Story today. Its so damn hard. I have new respect for Mike Watt now. More than ever. The solo is downright nuts.
Its sounds really hard. Do you play it with your fingers?

Brain Toad 10-21-2005 09:36 PM
Haha, a wigger? How long ago was this?

I started skating in '99 and that's when I got into NOFX, Rancid, and Pennywise and all that. I quit a few years later because I realized scooters were more rad.
7th, 8th grade which was about 5-6 years ago. I was into all the cool rap, but i secretly went off from what my friends listened to and started to listen to some rock, which was forbidden by a wigger lest you become a evil rocker. Limp Bizkit was one of the first bands that started it, then the Offspring, then Blink 182 and so on until 9th grade when I went 'rocker' and 10th grade when I got into punk.

I was a scooter person when I was a wigger. It's what we did, my friends were BMX riders too, I wasn't very good at it though. I wasn't good at scooters either, I just rode around them and was cool. We used to hang out at the elementary school and jump the stairs, there was 1s, 2s, 3s, and 4s. I could do the 1s, my friends were doing the 4s and one of them biffed it big time and went flying through the air. We were going to form a team and make vids and stuff, and I was the one who was going to be comic relief and teach how to fall properly as to not hurt yourself, as I was d'amn good at that. We were jacka'ss fans too, so that played in a lot.

D'amnit man, you made grandpa go off on his stories again!
I learned Minutemen-Martin's Story today. Its so damn hard. I have new respect for Mike Watt now. More than ever. The solo is downright nuts.
I saw a Minutemen CD at Rasputin today, but it was a mini-disc, it was odd, wasn't sure what the hell it was and it was like 6 bucks, so I didn't buy it out of curiosity.

Skidmark Steve 10-21-2005 09:38 PM

i hate wiggers. glad you got into punk. i have a few friends who scooter hardcore. they travel to california and seatle and all to go to competitions. pretty neat

Anarcho Poser 10-21-2005 09:41 PM

I stole a package of hair ties from wal-mart today, I'm so punx.

Skidmark Steve 10-21-2005 09:43 PM
I stole a package of hair ties from wal-mart today, I'm so punx.
I went back to listening to rap a while ago. Listening to Dr. Dre now that I have a real good appreciation of music, he is extreamly talented and sampled really awesome songs.

AIRIC 10-21-2005 09:45 PM

Stealing Skrunnch'ies = teh uber punx.

Anarcho Poser 10-21-2005 09:49 PM

But I need them to keep my hair tidily out of my face!

Get a haircut hippy!

Those are the same kind I used when I had long hair.

Anarcho Poser 10-21-2005 09:56 PM

It's not punx to break a single.

I used to just use my little sisters, but I've broken just about all of them.

Liebensaft 10-21-2005 09:58 PM

I have long hair, but I refuse to tie it back.

Note - I wasn't actually playing, I just tried to make it look that way for the picture.

Brain Toad 10-21-2005 09:59 PM

I stole some from my mom before she crochet them and made them all foofy, then I had to get my own because they kept falling apart.

TakeWarning 10-21-2005 11:53 PM

I wish my hair was longer. Looks pretty good right now though.

Anti-Prefix 10-21-2005 11:57 PM

To be in tone with the Community Thread. I'm seeing Latterman November 3rd.

obese_breasts 10-22-2005 12:00 AM

Oh you bastard.

Brain Toad 10-22-2005 12:14 AM
I wish my hair was longer. Looks pretty good right now though.
Long hair is such a pain. I'm glad I cut mine off.

Not like past my shoulders or anything, my fringe used to go down to my mouth, and it used to completely cover my eyes and that's how I like it.

guns_of_brixton 10-22-2005 06:43 AM

My hair isn't that long, its just big.

Pinhead13 10-22-2005 08:34 AM
