Amazon.com has some Sinergy albums.

If you get a Sinergy album, get Suicide By My Side, it is by far their best one.

A promo has leaked, but it hasn't officially been released anywhere yet. Yes, it is extremely awesome.

At Metal Archives almost everyone hates the new Bodom album, probably because they aren't talking about it in a fanboy-like thread like this one. Not accusing anyone of fanboying but it certainly is possible.

There's only been one review of the album, and it was a positive one.

And some people aren't as open minded. They're so hung up on what the album isn't they're missing out on what it is. Sure, it's not Follow the Reaper or Hatebreeder, but it is a unique release with great riffs, solos, and keyboards. Just because it's a new style doesn't make it worthless. There are a fair few people who need to take a few minutes to realize this.

I think it's a decent album, like a C, but that isn't good enough for me. I don't think it's terrible at all but for Bodom it is, so it really doesn't make the cut for me personally.

Yeah, people will naturally give it a bad review because it's not another Follow The Reaper, but that's the point. It's a new direction they want to go in.

In other news, I need to find the new Cryptopsy album. It's not even on Soulseek :-(

Soulseek isn't as user friendly but is far better once you get used to it. I use mostly Torrents and AIM now though.

For me about 1 in every 10 downloads in Soulseek actually works, and takes like 10 minutes. Limewire about 1 in every 3 works and takes 2 minutes. I have no trouble finding things like entire Norther albums or Wintersun on Limewire either.

I got that one and its one of my best buys this year.

I was going to buy a Sinergy album...but I think Goss' voice would end up annoying me too much and I wouldn't listen to it. I can take Sinergy's vocals only in small doses. That aside, they are a great band.

I have made the decision not to buy the new Bodom album...they've really lost all their charm to me. Their music just seems so...boring now. It's weird... :confused:

That reminds me, I gotta check if my local record store has a sinergy album...they usually have great metal that you can't buy at Best Buy or FYE so woot...

I have yet to hear any of the new Bodom CD, aside from Trashed Lost and Strungout (duhhhh)...I saw the track titles and thought they were all incredibly lame :lol:

Shattered Future it's not weird, the music just kinda sucks now lol. Don't listen to everyone else just cuase they like it doesn't mean you have to. Don't think there is something your missing, if you don't see anything in it then you don't see anything in it.

Noo, I don't find their new music sucky now either...it's perfectly fine.

Sadly, you're not alone. I don't think I'm going to buy it either. I like TLS, got the EP, but that's all I'm gonna take from this. I'll just forever indulge in their previous music. I hate to admit this to myslef, but there's just nothing there that gets me going. I guess we have to wait 2 more years and see what they do next.
