Well thats a standard Mex fender, which is £450, but a highway one is 550, but i have no idea if it comes in that colour, according to the specs it doesnt.

I've always liked the look of it, even if it isn't that great

Its a good bass, realy well made, plays great, has the tone i want, but a mexican is as well made as a USA so even though a mex is well made you can get a US for better qaulity and 100pound more, the guy in the shop told me the only real difference is the quality of the finish.

The finish on the colour? If that's the only difference then i'd probably get the cheaper one as i'd buy it more for the sound than for the colour. Although a good colour is always cool

I dunno if its the colour, i just think it means like howmany coats of shinny stuff is put on and stuff.

If you want a realy loud tone out of it too just put in 1/4er pounders, the pickup hoppus uses, or even the ones dirnt uses, but i forget there name.

I need to look into that. What exactly is a 1/4pounder?

Lol, its a P bass pickup, to replace them with. Seymore Duncan one if that means anything to you.

USA one has a better neck, bridge and tuners.

Ye ai played a mex fender, and everyone in the bass say that mex are crap and a waste of money money but i swear they talk crap somtimes, i loved the one i played, i couldnt find a fualt with it.

seriously, i heard that there can be bad batches of them so you should never buy a mexy without giving it some hammer first.

The ones ive played are great, but they were shelf ones and i have to order the colour i want in, i hope its not a bad one :(

well, noone touches my hoppus :angry: im just sick of the mindless flaming of him in the bass forums, its stupid and uncalled for, no wonder im barly in there, i dont go int he pit no more as its crap, the only forums i post in is in hear, and i post quite a lot in Pop-punk, since i started posting in there my P/c's shot up, im nearly on 3500 already.
