today i went to the disc store, and looked for a specific disc that i really wanted, it wasn't there yet :\.

while i was there, i looked into the jazz discs sections and found a cool looking disc called "Groovy". that's a disc by the Red Garland Trio, which IMO is absolutely an amazing disc. really jazzy and nice drumming.

i'm gonna buy a New Orleans Ride!

I love driving to and from school.

I hate turning a street too early so I have to make a u-turn and go back.

I also hate attempting to make a left turn onto highway 92. So I don't.

I need to find a better way to get back home =(

I went to bed at 10 and I couldn't manage to get back up again until 4. I still managed to have time to take a 30 minute shower before my parents got home, though. And of course, I didn't have a chance to have anything to eat. That's three days in a row.

Ehh, you'l get used to it. I drove on the highway every day to get to school, and it became easy after a while.

I'm gonna try and convert a PDP 3-legged (non-rotating) hat stand into a cable-operated remote hat.

Doubt it'll work so well. Theres a reason only pearl and DW can make a decent one.

I doubt it'll be a very hard task. All I need is to figure a way of connecting a bicycle cable to a hi-hat rod. Other than that, I just need to do a bit of hacksawing.
