The thing is he probably said that word for word. That guy is so arrogant and acts like a thug all the time.

I went to a show in frisco with my friend tracy, and she was talking to him, and he was being an asshole. He looks down on everyone, especially girls, and acts like every one of them is just some coat rack trying to get on his balls, even if he used to be friends with them.

When their date in slc fell through, he emailed me about how he desperately needed my help, and wanted a show in provo. when I said that we only did free shows there, they decided that they were going to take an off day instead.

Set Your goals got so much help from people and other bands and they treat everyone like ****.

I don't care if you haven't experienced it first hand, nate. Whether or not they deserved to get "jumped", I'm glad it happened, and I refuse to support this band.

[QUOTE]so today we arrived in london and dave house picked us up from the airport and drove us to kingston, where we hung out for a bit, cruised the downtown/mall area, and then went to go see our new friend jon dj at a bar called bacchus down the street. mikey and i decided to walk to a club a couple blocks away and we see three guys ahead of us walking and one of them is so drunk he's falling over. the other two start talking to us in a friendly manner, but as soon as we turn the corner they ask us if we want to fight. we say no we just want to go to the club and the taller of the two insists, "just for fun, c'mon" he says. after trying to get us to fight them for a few minutes they realize we aren't going to, so they decide to just jump us instead. the shorter guy (who is a few inches taller than mikey) starts hitting him and i go over to tell him to stop and as i do the taller guy socks me in the face, totally by surprise. he keeps hitting me so i cover my face and ask him to please stop over and over. he hits me 7 or 8 more times, at which point he says "alright, i'll stop." i start to get up and as i do so, he kicks me in the face as hard as he can with his dress shoes. i double over and he kicks me once more in the back of the head and runs off with his friend. we run back to the bar which was about a block away and get everyone. the security makes a call to the police and the police take down their descriptions and drive off. we saw the guys later but there were a bunch of security guards all over the place who broke it up.
despite getting jumped, today was a good day and we're not going to let it ruin our good time here. mikey has a cut by his eye from getting hit in the face with dude's can and i have a lump on my shoulder and a huge lump in the back of my head and a bloody nose. it's 3:57 AM here and there are still people all over the streets but we've both got headaches so we're going to bed. if any fine british dames plan on attending the show at the underworld tomorrow, feel free to kiss me better. ;)

I'm sure that in those twenty minutes you hung out with them, you defenitely got an accurate view of exactly what they are like. Plus, I'm sure they've changed since a year ago along with their popularity. My story is true, and both these things happened within 3 months ago. Accounts of the exact same thing have been said way too many times for people to still say they are just one sided. What's even worse is people who experience it, but still support syg.
