I wonder if cancer of the armpit is possible/probable.
If it's possible for guys to get cancer on their testicles, cancer anywhere else is very possible. :p Why do you ask? I'm guessing this isn't just a random thought. If it is, then .
I wonder if cancer of the armpit is possible/probable.
A good long bath is all it takes to get rid of that cancer. I think I may have cancer behind my ears from not cleaning there enough.
I think I'm actually going to do worse this time around.
I just edited my list and I think you're pretty high on it. You werem't around for a while so you may have been forgotten. It was tough when I really had to think about it.
Not when it involves dominatrixes.

And I wanted to get a hold of that album I saw of Therapy? But it's lost among thousands and thousands of faggy records of musical lost cases. :(

And it was just 3 bucks.

I'll have to get a full album though. Bubblegum is the best, Correct?
If by bubblegum you mean, troublegum, then yeah. :p /very late

NP: Weezer - El Scorcho

EDIT: Bartender already got that one, I see.

Why, do you have a lump there? Could be something to do with the lymph nodes.

In my 14th Century Home Medical Encyclopaedia it says this could be due to Bubonic Plague....
In my 14th Century Home Medical Encyclopaedia it says this could be due to Bubonic Plague....
Stupid plague. A bout of bubonic plague would be nothing.

Really though, at least bubonic plague would be a decent thing to die by. "Cancer of the armpit" would suck.

Dr. Jake Destructo 11-24-2005 01:26 PM

Bubonic plague would be one of my last choices if I got to choose death. Rotting from the inside out, large buboes forming all over your body, regurgitating your own body parts. That's not what I'd like.

I'd choose a euphoric nitrous overdose if I had to die. Fun and painless. :-D

GenuineImitation 11-24-2005 01:28 PM

What if you had a choice between the Bubonic Plague or the Avion (Brid) Flu?

Bartender 11-24-2005 01:30 PM
Bubonic plague would be one of my last choices if I got to choose death. Rotting from the inside out, large buboes forming all over your body, regurgitating your own body parts. That's not what I'd like.
No, it wouldn't be pleasant, but it'd be respectable. It's a plague, killed a whole lot of people. Bubonic plague/leprosy/anthrax - respectable. Beaten to death by a gang of bikers you were attempting to defend a young girl from - respectable. Accidentally headbutting your thirtieth bison of the day just wrong - awesome.

Armpit cancer - pathetic.

Dr. Jake Destructo 11-24-2005 01:31 PM

I've not heard much about the Avion flu, but just from reading what I found on Google about it, I think I'd rather have Avion than the Bubonic plague.

Bart- This is true. People always have sympathy for cancer victims, though. I read somewhere that everyone has had to deal with cancer, whether it be a family member, friend, or personally. Quite a staggering statistic.

I'd prefer neither, but I guess I would chose the Avion flu. That may change after more information is presented though.
Am I the only person around who really isn't worried about the avian flu thing?
I'm not really worried. I don't think it will mutate soon.
Am I the only person around who really isn't worried about the avian flu thing?
Nah, me neither. Then again, I'm not worried about many things, although sometimes I'm worried about everything. :schizo:
Am I the only person around who really isn't worried about the avian flu thing?
Im not really worried because I dont eat too much birds, chicken or stuff like that. I mostly eat beef, but if cows can get infected with it then i'm worried.

I'm not either. Not in a sense that I think I'm invincible, but the sense that I don't think it could spread over here very fast. Well, actually, I shouldn't really think that.

Thats not the problem. The possible problem is that the virus will mutate to one which can be transmited between humans. Not just sexually transmitted, but transmitted through breathing or shaking hands.

I think the media may be blowing this out of proportion.

superpeer 11-24-2005 01:54 PM

Maybe it's due to the fact that I haven't watched the news in ages. I have no idea of what's happening in the world.

Kurtz 11-24-2005 01:55 PM
but transmitted through breathing or shaking hands.
Well, didn't they think the same thing would happen with AIDS?

It could spread over here quickly. If someone goes on a plane and arrives in New York, he can easily give it to everyone on the plane. They then go into the city, or go home to their family, and spread it to people there.

I think AIDS has a different genetical composition then a flu. You can get the flu by being near someone with it.

Well, by that logic, wouldn't have Toronto been affected more that it should have when SARS kicked up?

Im just saying what I heard on the news. I believe they are blowing this out of proportion. Yes, it could be a problem if it mutates, but it hasn't yet.

I believe China or japan (forgot whcih one had the Sars epidemic) went into lockdown during that time. Im not entirely sure though.

As Victor said, the major difference between AIDS and Flu is that flu is infectious, and can spead from subject to subject without physical contact, and AIDS is a contagious disease which requires physical contact between subjects.

In the case of HIV - a lot of contact - it's really a very weak virus.

On the subject of horrible diseases to die from, ebola is about the worst I can think of, possibly followed by Rabies.

Do you think another reason we aren't as concerned by Avian Flu as much as we might be is because of the name?

Like, "Ebola" - scary

"Rabies" - scary
"Flu" - not very scary
