i lost al that by, lets see:
eating 800 calories today
drinking no water
running 2 miles in 3 sweatshirts, long johns, fleece pants, and trash bags
and sitting in the hot tub for an hour, in addition to wrestling practice.

yeah its really unhealthy, i think it stunts growth, makes you sick, and destroys you immune system, eats away your muscle, etc.....

morning. Last night was a good one. We played to aprox 400 people and the majority even liked us, which was a suprise since we play the kind of music not so many like...at least at that gig since it was a youth against drugs thing and theyre were many different genres going on. But anyway, it was cool and we sold alot of merch yay. Then I wen't to see hero dishonest which is insane on stage. damn. I bought their t-shirt and now I woke up and feel like masturbating. How about you guys?

i just got back from my 10am saturday drum lesson / percussion ensemble, teacher was like "****, we have a concert next week!" so we just wrote a piece in an hour.. has a lot of stick tricks and such, very fun to play!!

now im going to a chinese all you can eat for lunch

w00t, in 1,5 hours I'm at the venue I play tonight! :D (it's 14:34 now). It's gonna be a great night, with loads of beer, great music and pretty girls.

We wrote like, 3/4 of a song in about 4 hours, and this was our first practise.

I also got compliments from the lead guitarist saying i was the best drummer he'd ever met.... :confused::chug:
