 Read this you gotta try it on your friends!

I went to Guitar Center the other day and I went into the cymbal testing room and acted like I was screaming (I was just moving my lips) and came out and asked my bro if he could hear me and he said no. I told him it must be soundproof then and told him to try.

So he went in and started screaming and I acted like I couldn't hear him. Then he came out and asked if I heard him and I said no. So he went back in and screamed for like 3 mins and started freaking out.

Whats funny is the room really doesn't take much sound away so everyone near the drum section could hear. There were these 40ish year old men in there looking at him like he was a dumbass (he did look like one) and I walked over to the head section and acted like I didn't know him.

He came out and everyone was looking at him and stuff... he mad such an *** of himself. Yall gotta try it on your friends/family its hilarious.

There's a new Sherrif in town.

His name is Freebyrd.

Sunshine 08-08-2006 11:10 PM

Whoo, it's 9:11.

Which means that in like 12 1/2 hours, school starts.

Oh, and I guess it's OMGZ NINE-ELEVEN too, but I *just* thought of that.

And now it's 9:12, so it really doesn't matter much anyway.

People who make big deals of the number 911 are silly.

Russia on Ice 08-08-2006 11:12 PM

Like ZOMG I once looked at the clock and it said 9-11 so I flew my paper airplane into a lego building, and made a movie out of it.

I made millions.

Ethan. 08-08-2006 11:13 PM

yeah me too.

Ethan. 08-08-2006 11:14 PM

dude **** you. I'm gonna kick your ***.

Russia on Ice 08-08-2006 11:14 PM

Bit of an E-Temper huh?

Sunshine 08-08-2006 11:14 PM

FF blocker FTW.

Yet again.

I want millions =(

Janeway 08-08-2006 11:19 PM

Now THAT is what I call zing.

Speaking of 911, I think I may have seen one of the planes. I was standing in the driveway waiting for the bus, and I looked up in the sky and saw a plane that seemed like it was really high in the sky. The time that it would have taken to get to NYC from my house is about right, too.

I doubt it was, but still...

Wow, that sucks. I don't start till the 16th, which is still prett early.

So I just got back from Boston. I visited Berklee School of Music, and I actually liked it. From what I could tell, their facilities are pretty nice. I'm not sure about the teaching staff though. I'm starting to seriously consider applying there.

I know right?

I've NEVER heard of a high school starting August 9th...except for maybe year-round ones, but those totally don't count. I get out like May 25th though, and there are a LOT of random breaks inbetween...college doesn't start 'til August 21st, and I have English over there, so that's pretty cool.

Haha, that really blows [that people are all OMGZ about it]...I've actually met a coupla people who were born 9/11. They all get that kind of crap.

Yeah, I usually get out around the 25th of May too. I just hate being in school so early. It's too hot, and everyone is distracted (more so than usual), so nothing really happens anyways.

Tang. 08-08-2006 11:29 PM

Yeah.. I know a few to.

It's not that huge of a deal. I mean yes, it sucks it happened, and it sucks it happened on my birthday but I mean..I still went out that day and had cake and enjoyed my day, and I have every other year..

Janeway 08-08-2006 11:33 PM

My highschool always started around Sept. 7th, but we got out mid June.

But, I go back to college three days after my birthday.
Which is on August 20th.

I'm going to be an adult, but my only privilege is going that I'm able to buy sex toys and cigarettes.

At least you live in CO.

I'm an hour from the Mexican boarder =(

Tang -- Exactly. Yes, it sucks that it happened, no, you don't have to ruin someone's birthday over it =/ It makes me glad I wasn't born on a holiday..though I was born 6 days before Christmas, and a lot of people find it too much of a hassle to get both birthday AND Christmas presents.

Maggot Dream 08-09-2006 12:02 AM

Sunshine, I thought you lived in Japan? I'm probably wrong. I've been off MX for like a month, I'm way behind on my Stronghold activities.

Sunshine 08-09-2006 12:06 AM

Hah, I did live in Japan.

I moved to AZ last October.

But I did just get back yesterday from a 2-week visit..
