I can do, and have been doing more so of late, but i can go just as fast with 2...

I use it for real fast triplets, but that's about it.

my B string broke on my 6er that i just bought yesterday i got it used and the music store is closed today so i think i will walk to the music store during my spare tomorrow and some strings up

Just lighter guage..... buying a C string, then moving the rest of them down.

It does feel rather odd trying to play with two fingers after being a triple digit player for a while. Like trying to walk on one leg.

I actually attempted tossing my pinky into the fray, but soon realized that it was a bit too small to be put to any sort of practical use- especially on the hefty strings of a bass guitar.
