That album title dissapoints me. It's not like Faith No More didn't use it 8 years ago or anything.
There's an 80s Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers record by the same name as well.

Dog 07-06-2005 07:34 PM

Today at work I went through a few Duke Ellington albums:

Daybreak Express
Masterpieces by Ellington
Black, Brown and Beige(live)
... and His Mother Called Him Bill
Duke Ellington and John Coltrane
Such Sweet Thunder

Once I start listening to Duke, I can't stop.
It's suppose to be a reflection of every month.

They aren't using it in the same context as Faith No More.
Fair enough then. It's an overused title used as an overused term. Or something.

I'm really feelin' Codeine, though one of my downloaded albums is missing a track.

UltimaTap 07-07-2005 11:05 AM

I've been really into eletronic stuff like Aphex Twin and The Chemical Bros.

Ya know it, Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada are probably my favorite eletronic music

Danzig are bad ***, which album/s?

I have been listening to Genesis and dEUS.

UltimaTap 07-07-2005 02:24 PM

Danzig I (or the self titled one, whatever)
I don't think I've ever heard any Danzig songs that weren't from that album, but I can't put it down.

They are coming up here with Rufus.

Should I go? It's like 15-20$

Little Man being Erased 07-07-2005 03:59 PM

Definitely. Ben Folds is a great live performer. I haven't actually seen him live, but I have his live album. And Rufus Wainwright too? You can't pass that up.

He once played on some midday show and started smashing his piano stool on the piano. This is an Oprah type show.

Little Man being Erased 07-07-2005 05:41 PM

He is completely awesome. I met him at a signing thing once actually.

I think I'm finally completely digging The Smiths. I've had Meat is Murder and The Queen is Dead for a while now, but I've only just really fell in love with them.
