Nightime

4 am is night time too. Turns day roughly around 7 or 8 am. Turn night roughly around 7-8 pm.

lol us americans and our confusing systems.

Dave*Grohl 11-28-2006 04:54 AM

Why does everything have to be so complicated!:D

Futuro 11-28-2006 05:01 AM
Why does everything have to be so complicated!:D
Well the thing is, we cant work like normal time zones because every half a year (OR every 3rd leap year) we must set our clocks 15 minutes fast (Or slowed up by 17.89%)

Then every half a year we have to set our clocks a full hour ahead, or back depending on the season, then to mess with that, you never know if its gonna be a leap year or not, depending on if the unicorn sees its babys mommas shadow when looking left at 3am Only no one knows when the **** 3am is because you have to be a ****ing calculus teacher to know the time in america. :thumb:

Dave*Grohl 11-28-2006 05:07 AM

okay!:D

We also have winter and summer time. meaning we set our clock an hour back or forward. I dont remember which way it goes

oh but now i remember. Winter time we set our clock one hour backwards

I hang out with drinkers, smokers, drug addicts, and so on, so people think I'm one too.

I presented my pro-pot bumper sticker today.

Two other people had the same issue, one pothead and one anti-pot [but she needed to do SOMETHING, I guess], and me in the middle.

It made me feel so much better for not bein' the only one.

Win A Rabbit 11-28-2006 01:32 PM

God it's cold here. Yesterday we got to -36 celcius with the windchill. Today I think it's supposed to get to a high of -32 with wind. :( I have to walk to work, too.

FL3P 11-28-2006 01:32 PM

Do you live in Antarctica?

Sunshine 11-28-2006 01:33 PM

Dayum.

And here I thought it was cold because it was 38 degrees...F, of course.

I walked outside in shorts and two t-shirts, and had to scrape ice off of my car with a rag and my bare hands =(

FL3P 11-28-2006 01:35 PM

It's about 60 F here today but I'm sure it won't last.

Sunshine 11-28-2006 01:35 PM

Y'know, it was tank-top weather 2 days ago.

I hate the desert.

The weather changes without notice =(

Canada. Just about the same thing nowadays. Just watched the weather forecast. -41 with windchill now. :( I've got 3 hours until I leave for work. Hopefully it can warm up a whole 40 degrees or so and I don't freeze.

FL3P 11-28-2006 02:29 PM

Glad I live at the southernmost tip of Canada then. It's been nice here and the really crazy weather usually goes around us anyway.

Win A Rabbit 11-28-2006 02:37 PM

This is the coldest day here since 1970. I guess that's something to be proud of.

I could really go for some global warming right now.

Dave*Grohl 11-28-2006 02:38 PM

I want a new drumkit.

I would love 10x8" 12x9" 14x11" (or 14x12") and 16x13" (or 16x14") toms and a 22x17 or 18" kick or a 24x18 kick....mmm....I could start saving and working my *** off

trysthedrummer 11-28-2006 02:50 PM

I keep on going on about getting 3005's, but I get other stuff and then it gets pushed aside.

Dave*Grohl 11-28-2006 02:54 PM

It would cost 934 euros+shipping if I bought the following Sonor 3005 drums in the following sizes:
10x9"
12x10"
14x12"
16x14"
22x17,5"

just the drums.

Pro-M in these sizes:
10x8"
12x9"
14x11"
16x13"
22x18"
would be 1422 euros (different store than the sonor 3005 drumshells, from the same place sonor shells would cost 1234 euros)

She is really fricken' sweet.

I mean, look at robots in 1990. Now look at what they are 16 years later.

It's amazing. =/

It's amazing that we can do that and our shipping systems are so advanced that it takes only a week and a half to send a package from Cleveland, OH to Buffalo, NY.

Like, that trip takes almost 8 hours by car with potty stops every two hours.
