It's good. I really like the ending sing along, it sounds like AFI :p

Best Buy has lots of good stuff, and almost all of their cd's are under $15. I like to go there a lot, but if I can't find it there, I have to go to either an FYE supercenter at another mall on the other side of town or I have to go on the internet.

CONNER_NWHC 12-24-2004 04:39 PM

After hearing the new CBK i am really pumped for the new CD.

I would never go to a mall on christmas eve its madness.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 12-24-2004 04:45 PM

That new CBK song owns. The vocals are a lot better than on Turn It Around, and the song just generally rules. I'm sure the new cd will be awesome.

Definately. I just went to 2 malls because I needed to get my parents something and my brother needed to get stuff and it was crazy, it took forever to get out of the parking lot.

watch out!!!!!!!!

cbmartinez 12-24-2004 07:40 PM

I <3 Turkish Metalcore.

I had to do some quick last minute shopping for cards and such. But the Best Buy near me isn't in the mall, anyway.

NewKindofArmy03 12-24-2004 08:56 PM

Only about 5 shows were announced so far, none being Texas. It's a full US tour though, so it will hit there probably. I hope and think it will come here, it's a diverse show.

I can ask Pistolgrip's drummer. I work with him. Texas, right?
Someone on the Circa Survive boards says the new Comeback Kid has leaked
Now, if only Circa Survive was leaked.

/listens to The Sound Of Animals Fighting to get Anthony Green fix

PlasticGangster 12-24-2004 09:55 PM

Aw poo. Only a song is leaked so far. I'm excited for Circa Survive's album. I heard they've got 16-18 songs done and they just need to choose which songs they want, so I'm guessing their will be a leak sometime before Spring. I'm also waiting for Saosin's full length.

BridgeToSolace 12-24-2004 10:02 PM
Aw poo. Only a song is leaked so far.
I've found two around soulseek. Unless the guy for some reason had the same track twice.

Try http://www.thesoundofanimalsfighting.com/ It's Anthony Green in a Mars Volta -esque band. It's pretty sweet.

PlasticGangster 12-24-2004 10:05 PM

Already know about TSOAF. I have the demo and the full length, which is the same as the demo but it has some interludes and I'll check Soulseek some more.

NewKindofArmy03 12-24-2004 10:08 PM
I can ask Pistolgrip's drummer. I work with him. Texas, right?
Ask about Philadelphia too. Is that band any good?

BridgeToSolace 12-24-2004 10:09 PM
Already know about TSOAF. I have the demo and the full length, which is the same as the demo but it has some interludes and I'll check Soulseek some more.
The Full-length is a rip-off. It's half filler. (So, yeah, what you said)

Since we're talking about Anthony Green bands, does High And Driving have anything besides a demo?

PlasticGangster 12-24-2004 10:12 PM

Nope but They're going to record some more and they even might do a small tour, I doubt it though since Anthony's main focus is Circa Survive. I have all of Anthony's side projects if you want to check them out hit me up on SoulSeek.

BridgeToSolace 12-24-2004 10:41 PM

A Trunk Full Of Dead Bodies (he does some back-up vox), Audience Of One, Zoloft The Rock And Roll Destroyer, High And Driving, TSOAF and Circa Survive. Are there any more?

BuddyBigsby 12-24-2004 10:43 PM

Man, I didn't realize the guy had so much stuff going on.

PlasticGangster 12-24-2004 10:44 PM

Jeer At Rome. Anthony is the front man and they sound like a Metalcore band.

BridgeToSolace 12-24-2004 10:51 PM
Man, I didn't realize the guy had so much stuff going on.
Well, Audience Of One isn't around anymore, so that's one less. I don't know about the others. But yeah, he gets around.

Jeer At Rome sounds awesome. What's your SS, PlasticGangster?

PlasticGangster 12-24-2004 10:56 PM

Comeback Kid is my SoulSeek name and Audience Of One never officially broke up. That was his highschool band and the other guys left to College. There is still alot of material on that band so you never know. TSOAF was a one time thing, Zolof was a one time thing as well but the band is still going on without Anthony, Jeer At Rome I have no clue but IMO they're not that good but Anthony's screams are marvelous.

40 oz 2 freedom 12-24-2004 11:25 PM

Thanks NewKindofArmy. (I need to know your name)

And Buddy, ask him if there's any San Antonio shows.

Muchas gracias.

Not great, but definatly not bad. If the production was better, it was be awesome.

And 123 to that second part about Anthony being a great vocalist.
