The only thing it has that's outdated is the mounting system...and it's quite resonant as it is. 80s- early 90s maple shell Pearls are actually considered some of the best drums ever made.

Yeah...it should be great. The sizes are a little weird, but I made sure to try them out and the intervals seemed fine. The asking price was originally $2500, but I managed to get it down to $2100, 100 dollars more then what they bought it for.
