Stephen Fry on QI is hilarious, mind you he's pretty funny with whatever he does, his books are really brilliant.

His books are a little...*cough* though, eh?

not really (except maybe for the bright pink cover on the hippopotamus :-/), they're alot like his tv stuff but in a book :P, so if you find him funny on tv you'd probably love them, there are obviously referneces, innuendo and all that, but it's not constant, or one sided, it's just part of his social commentry really.

Yeah, I was put off getting the books, much as he's one of my personal heroes, because someone misinformed me that they were a bit overexplicit in the gay sex way.

maybe some of them are, i've only read a few and he's written loads, but unless i've repressed the memories :-/, i don't remember reading anything overly explicit.
