in stacraft you gotta be using your mouse and keyboard to do different things at the same time both equally as accurat and with the keyboard gotta manually assign up to 10 hotkeys which i personally use all of them by a few minutes in and at the same time not lose and wacth the minimap + main view for everything
i currently average over 80 actions per minute in a 20 minute game

i can open up like 10 programs before the first one has even loaded

ya man scouting rax/fac are the bomb especially with tanks and a standoff

you can hit a good timing if you're going purely marine medi and instantly lift it off sou you get a really nice scouting hanging over their base

sc2 can run fine on equipment well under its recommended or 'required' itll just have to look like WoW

saving up for a good card thatll let me dual screen and still maintain about 60fps per screen, my current computer doesnt like to go above 21fps when both screens are goign

why would you even want to use 2 screens? the focal point would be disrupted by about 2 inches of plastic.
