The world is already overpopulated, granted, but if it takes two people to make one baby and people are capped at making two babies, the worst case scenario would be the same population forever, and more realistically the population would drop.

yeah my hair stops just above my lobes, and ill only go to a 0 gauge so its not going to be super crazy or anything
