Oh hell, I'm not that bothered. I just wanted it to be more like the TV series. I suppose I should watch the film again, but I just didn't like the film version.

About Marvin though, just cause he's not serious doesn't mean he needs to be adorable. I don't see him as adorable myself. Again, each to their own.

Personally, I'd get the Maple, but it depends on what you play. Do you play jazz? Do you like the sound of jazzy kits? Do you prefer the "Fusion" kit sound?
