picked up the flu Sunday at my niece's dance thing. didn't want to admit it to myself, but last nite after i ate it just hit me. couldn't keep the food down, fever, the whole thing. i hate it. having to work is the worst part, kind of. i start early and come home early, but that hardly helps....

TheBigMachine 09-12-2006 05:25 AM

Bird flu has quietened down now, hasnt it? Or is it like running rampant in some third world country that western media doesn't even know exists?

Eliminator 09-12-2006 05:34 AM

Humans are actually the bird flu.

Except without the bird part.

And replace "actually the bird flu" with "homosapiens".

I'm so deep and thoughtful amirite.

it really did. i was watching the news specials last nite with all the conspiracy theories and people having a hard time dealing with it. i think we are just feeling its true impact in this country right now. the results of it, that is. the tone of the country politically and socially is just strange
LOOK OUT, A BUG! EVERYONE TO THE BOMB SHELTER QUICK!

meh. gotta get ready for work. might post from there if it gets slow. and a little before i leave. its been nice, everyone have a good one....

TheBigMachine 09-12-2006 05:46 AM

Later, stear clear of the bugs.
And the worms.
And the birds.
And the strange flight paths of air craft.
Keep a gun nearby.
And an asthma puffer.
Stay safe.
