listened to a weird band today. ga'an. it's like choral chanting with casio synths (playing awesome melodies nonetheless, not gay happy ones that you might think of when i say casio sounding) over what i can only describe as prog rock, zeuhl, power metal, and doom metal all mixed together. and it's all wrapped up in an incredibly lofi production, pretty sure it's only out on cassette.

listening to [I]The Killing Tide[/I] by Sol Invictus a lot recently, probably one of his better releases. have trouble distinguishing albums from one another a lot of the time, probably the weakest of the british neofolk bands idk

in fact I don't even know why I like industrial music a lot of the time, the subcultures associated are awful, and a lot of the themes dealt with and the technological aesthetic is something I tend to avoid elsewhere
