kurrpt 06-28-2006 02:52 PM

what kind of music do you play? how big are the gigs?

Mild_child 06-28-2006 02:55 PM
what kind of music do you play? how big are the gigs?
We're playing some kind of jam, indie, surf rock mixed music and the gigs are just small clubs. My friend lent me his amp for the summer.

Im getting my girls g-dad to make me a ridiculous pedal board for my upcoming B-day. Should be magnificent considering the caliber of that man's work

The Krabs 06-28-2006 03:01 PM

What is wrong with Podxt's?

kurrpt 06-28-2006 03:03 PM

i dont think they are worth the money. They are alright i suppose. I dont think its worth anything close to what that individual was asking.

The Krabs 06-28-2006 03:05 PM

I need something for recording really bad though :(

kurrpt 06-28-2006 03:06 PM

i would :p

AG 06-28-2006 03:10 PM

Yes but you're wrong.

The recording aspet of the PODxt is far superior to the GNX, that and the tones are just loads better.

kurrpt 06-28-2006 03:12 PM
Yes but you're wrong.

considering you've hardly compared the two like i have, i would have to disagree. I literally gave mine to a pod Xt live owner, and totally swears by the GNX4 now.

You can disagree, thats fine. But theres no way you can rule me outright

as far as saying the record aspect is "superior", id love to hear your rationale

The Krabs 06-28-2006 03:12 PM

Hmph.

The Podxt looks more portable, I've heard great tones on here with them. I think I may just get one of those :/

kurrpt 06-28-2006 03:14 PM

i would seriously do some research before you drop the cash man

I_go_by_mikee 06-28-2006 03:15 PM

kurpt hows the whammy function on the gnx3?

/getting ready to go see dave matthews band at tweeter center

211dave112 06-28-2006 03:15 PM

i agree with kurrpt, podxt's are good but i've heard nothing but good things bout that digitech one
