I was just checking on this festival I was planning on going to this summer and they just confirmed Edguy will be comming and Gamma Ray, Manowar, Primal Fear and Jon Oliva's Pain are rumoured to be there too.

Which Edguy album would be a good one to get first ?

Songs I know: Vain Glory Opera, Under the Moon, Land of the Miracle, King of Fools, Until we Rise Again, When a Hero Cries, Tears of a Mandrake, Scarlet Rose, Lavatory Love Machine, Super Heroes, Arrows Fly, Babylon, Fallen Angels and Heart of Twilight.

Definately. I love Edguy even more than before after seeing them live, although they didn't play Trinidad.

If you like your metal with a lot of balls, definitely Hellfire Club, but if you prefer the lighter side (and that's not to say this album is wimpy or anything), Mandrake.

Vain Glory Opera > Hellfire Club

My opinion at least.

This is realy cool...Hansi makes an apearance on the album Vain Opera Glory, track 5 and 6. I read this, and listened to the song Vain Glory Opera and when he comes in you can't mistake him :)

Taking what Lord Tim said in consideration, I'm debating wether to get Vain Opera Glory or Hellfire Club. Good songs on both.
