What is PPOTM?

A girl who was a bitch to me all through primary school, and wouldn't talk to me at all because I was kind of a fatas[b][i][/b][/i]s back then, now wants to be my friend. After being a bitch to me for so long, she see's that I've lost weight and immediately wants to be my friend.
I don't know whether to take this as a compliment or not, all I know is the girl is a fuc[b][i][/b][/i]king bitch.

Ignore people like that. Ive run into that with a guy I know. I had a HUGE crush on him from 6th grade until I was a senior.... 6 ****in years. And at the end of Senior year when I started getting thinner, he decided to start being nice to me.

Yeah, I have no intention of being her friend, but I feel kind of complimented that someone like that wants to be my friend. Must mean that I've improved how I look somehow.
