Sweet, I was the top of the rejects.
So was I. I had no idea I scored so many.

Cain 11-18-2005 08:36 PM

Wow, Jim only got one vote.

Leper Affinity 11-18-2005 08:37 PM

I didn't even know I was so well known back then. I think I left right afterward.

Kingofdudes 11-18-2005 08:38 PM
Like how? This is gonna be a top 100* list, not a #1 user thread.
*40 + more

Cain 11-18-2005 08:40 PM

Wow, I got #61. I had no idea I was so well known either, to get 43 votes. Hmm.

xizoesira 11-18-2005 08:40 PM

I remember that thread. It was after Paranoidd stopped posting in R&M, but he still made high on the list, heh.

MBS 11-18-2005 09:01 PM

Slow day today. :( I'm thinking of going off and playing FF7 soon.

TojesDolan 11-18-2005 09:05 PM

I really need to go out and be silly for once this month, I haven't gone out with the guys for two weeks and ugh... I prefer real life than internet.

Internet is cool sure, and I love it. But internet can't get me girls. At least girls in my area. :(

superpeer 11-18-2005 09:12 PM

7th? I was always underappreciated.

:p

blueyxd 11-18-2005 09:13 PM

go on, its probably holidays where you are, no need to stay home and study or whatever. go out and have a good time, the internet can't offer that, despite what all those spam emails say

GenuineImitation 11-18-2005 09:14 PM

I wasn't here when they did the top 40 R&Mers. Was it just last year, or is it a yearly list?

Shut up and make me a waffle.

GenuineImitation 11-18-2005 09:35 PM

Im off to watch tv. Good night MX.

Arrakakaka 11-18-2005 09:49 PM

After you get sore from working out, like I am currently, it's a kind of good sore. A kind of good pain.

The morning after sucks, though, especially if you worked out your entire body.

I remember when I started lifting after a long absence from a weight room that I coud barely move for three days because I trained as intensely as I did as if I hadn't missed any time in between.

Needless to say, it was a huge, huge mistake on my part, heh.

Permanent Solution 11-18-2005 09:56 PM

In regards to that top R&Mer list...when are you guys doing it?

Dr. Jake Destructo 11-18-2005 10:07 PM

And who exactly is running it?

I didn't get any votes last time, because I didn't own so hard back then.

Wait, I still don't own, dammit. :upset:

Er, you got votes for kombucha mushroom mofo, upon looking at the list.

Leper Affinity 11-18-2005 10:09 PM

I got the pity votes.

:upset:

At least the title of this thread is amusing.

Permanent Solution 11-18-2005 10:14 PM

I got 18th last time...and I wasn't even here for it.

Thus I probably won't be here again for it :(

You all better pity vote me

One time I played skirmish with friends, I wasnt too fit, but still, I usually have lots of energy, and I went hard that day. I also drank heaps of water and that really wrecked me. I could hardly eat that night it hurt so much, the next 3 days I was just sore all over, stairs never looked/felt so awful before.

Whoa, Lucas pulled a me. :p

I'm curious to see how the list goes this year. I can't remember what I got... I'm pretty sure I was in the top 50, but I don't really remember too well.

Who was #1 last year? I'm having a memory lapse.

Bartender.

You were #21. At least, I think that's what you wrote in your post.

xizoesira 11-18-2005 10:17 PM

Might have been Bartender?

Edit: Indeed, Bartender.

Steerpike 11-18-2005 10:18 PM
Bartender.
Makes sense.
You were #21. At least, I think that's what you wrote in your post.
I think at least part of that was due to my participation in the pwnage in the Ultimate Metal Band poll. Good times...

It's been happening a lot recently, unfortunately. I'm really kind of in a bad mood right now. I just got into a fight with my girlfriend and I feel like I've been suppressing a lot of annoyance that's just been bubbling up to the surface recently, because of stress in work.

People can be real brats, and I'm starting to get sick of always working so damn hard not to lower myself to their level, in other words. At this point, I've been wondering occaisionally why I haven't just been a brat back all this time. Ugh. I hope I get better soon, because in addition to all this crap I get mad at myself for getting mad.

That thread made me a reg. I was one of your groupies for a while too. :p

Then I learned about this thread and all was gravy.

Vince was talking about he was almost at his 600th post and how he was all excited about it. Seems like an eternity ago, eh?

Ugh. I can sympathize. On the upshot, Thanksgiving is coming up, so you can stuff yourself until it's hard to breathe. I don't know about you, but that always cheered me up.

Have you tried looking into a few different outlets for your stress? Sometimes, finding a new skill can provide a decent distraction. I figure it works for my dad and I, so I may as well suggest it.

Yeah, Thanksgiving will be fun. I don't have much time for a new hobby though, between school, friends, the gf, the novel, and the guitar. :p

Even guitar is stressing me out, because my teacher is making me learn all my dominant chord arpeggios so I can solo over blues and jazz changes, and it's the most thinking I've had to do while soloing in a REALLY long time.

I'm gonna go see if I can make it up to her. See ya guys.

I remember it though. Good times. I remember how cool we all thought we were and such too :p
